Had just dug myself out the JSPR hole from January 3 and along comes the one-two punch of rigged MLGO and a BS midday PR from BZFD, oooph! Only bright spot was Qullamaggie streaming on his birthday

MLGO 0.00%↑ did 291,000 trades and 316 MM in dollar volume … I shorted it pre-open and then added after the open and all was looking good, despite the massive float rotation, but then they jammed it up nearly 50% and took me (and everyone else) out. Beautiful rig job and I was the dumb retail money which the smart guys exited into (it’s supposed to be the other way around). Worst part was I took a double sized position as Bella taught me: swing the bat hard at A+ setups. Bad day. And don’t even ask about Buzzfeed, lol.

Borrow cost for MLGO was .039 or $3,900 per 100,000 shares.
